About Meadow View Farms

MVF is a fabulous facility- ranging from it's sprawling campus to it's trainers, who are kind, supportive, and talented. I believe it's a great barn for those just starting out or who have been riding for years.
I love the family atmosphere around the barn... It's something you don't find at a lot of other barns, and helps make MVF as special as it is. I own two horses and couldn't think of a better facility in Reno. A big thanks to Lynn and Sarah for all their knowledge and help!!

Everyone at Meadow View Farms is warm, welcoming and eager to help you improve your riding skill. No matter what level you may be at, you will feel respected from the trainers and other riders. The best part, I feel, is when I wake up the next day after a lesson and can barely move. I wouldn't be anywhere else because MVF is my other home.

I had my wedding here back in August and I couldn't have been happier! This is a top of the line equestrian facility and the owners were beyond accommodating, even allowing me to bring my own mare in for wedding photos. The tables and benches provided fit perfectly in the country wedding theme and were beautiful! Again, thank you all for making my big day absolutely perfect!!!

As far as the facility itself, Meadowview Farms is arguably the absolute best-kept horse facility with the best-cared for horses in Northern Nevada. All three arenas (two outdoor, one indoor) maintain impeccable footing, the full-time grooms are dedicated, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. The training Lynn and Sarah provide is dynamite trainers for every level – from first-time riders to high-level hunters, jumpers, and equitation. They will work with you and support you in your goals- however large or small- and teach classic, timeless equitation and horsemanship. Their teaching approach is very positive and horse & rider centered – being a better rider for your horse and training your horse to be his best. Lynn and Sarah also have a gift in matching a rider with the perfect horse, even for those looking to purchase on a strict (and seemingly impossible) budget. 

I thoroughly enjoy each and every member of the barn – there’s terrific camaraderie among the riders, and a wonderful family feeling among all the parents, kids, adult riders, and animals. If you’re looking for a quality barn with awesome trainers and happy & supportive “barn family”, MVF is the place!!!

If you're looking for top-notch training from highly qualified and caring trainers in hunters, jumpers or equitation, impeccable care for your horse or tremendous school horses to learn with, a fun learning environment, and a beautiful and well maintained facility that hosts well produced local shows, MVF is the place! I've ridden at Meadow View Farms with Lynn and Sarah Mullins for just shy of 15 years and wouldn't trade my experiences with them for anything.

Lynn and Sarah are outstanding trainers whose love for horses is evident in everything they do. Their dedication to quality care and consistent training produces happy horses, happy clients, and successful rounds. I am so glad I found MVF and am part of the barn family. 

I consider Meadow View Farms my home away from home. Lynn and Sarah go above and beyond to give the horses the best home possible. Through exceptional training, they guide and support their riders to achieve their goals. I feel lucky to have found such a special community!
